Welcome to Streekey! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our sports fantasy mobile app and services. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for and/or using the app in any manner, you agree to all terms and conditions contained herein, and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time.

7. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability In no event shall Streekey, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the app.

10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes on the app or by other reasonable means.
